The Music Box will ship orders as quickly as possible after we receive your order. If there is going to be a delay, we will notify you as soon as feasible via e-mail.

All items when received should be checked immediately for shipping damage or shortages and you should notify us as soon as possible, either by phone or by e-mail of any discrepancies.

Returns must be authorized prior to being shipped to us. Defective items or items that we shipped in error, the return shipping charges will be paid by The Music Box . For other circumstances, we will handle on an individual basis either by phone or by e-mail. Our interest lies in meeting our customers needs and we want to maintain a working relationship with all of our customers.

For a limited time we are offering a flat rate shipping and handling charge of $5.00 on all orders that weigh less than 20 pounds.

All items weighing more than 20 pounds, we will pay 50% of the actual charges and the other 50% will be added to your total. You will be notified via e-mail what these charges will be and you must send a confirmation approving the shipping charges before your order will ship.
